Steps

  1. Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and print out a free Pre-Paid Return label
  2. Place return form and items being returned in box and attach your Return Label to the package.
  3. Request a free pickup or return package to any Post Office / USPS Dropbox.

With our Free Pre-Paid Return Label service you will have real time tracking, priority processing, and your package will be fully insured.

  3. Ship package using carrier of your choice.

A. Our Pre-Paid Return Label wont cost you a buck. This label is convenient, trackable and best of all – FREE!

Q. How do I know if I am getting a credit or a gift card?

A. Refunds will be made within 90 days of purchase, through your original method of payment. After 90 days, a gift card will be mailed to you for your return.

Q. What if I paid by check or I’m returning a gift?

A. Gift returns will be refunded in the form of a gift card. If you are sending back your return in exchange for item(s) of greater value and your credit will not cover the difference in cost, you must include a check or other form of payment for this balance.

Q. What if I do not include money to cover the return?

A. If you do not have a card on file, we will hold your return merchandise until the processing fees have been received.
