How do I make changes to my order?

Changes can be made to your order if the order has not shipped. We always suggest you contact our Customer Service Team to request any order changes if the order has already been placed, either by emailing us at customerservice@deergear.com or by phone at (800) 875-9453.

Why is my source code important?

Source codes are linked to many of our promotions. To qualify for source code driven promotions, the source code must be applied to the order during checkout. (Only one source code may be redeemed per order.)

Why is my source code/promotion code not working?

If the promotion you were expecting did not apply to your order, please verify that your promotion code has not expired and your order meets the required qualifications. (Only one source code may be redeemed per order.)

How do you order a gift card?

Gift cards can be ordered over the phone or online by clicking here.

How do you redeem a gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed online during the checkout process, by phone, or through the mail. You must provide your gift card number from the back of the card at the time of purchase.

How are backorders handled?

Having the items you want in-stock is a high priority. When we backorder a product you are not charged for the product until it ships. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if a backorder item is shipped separately from the rest of your order.

What is your return policy?

“Love it or send it back” is our motto. All our merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you need to return or exchange an item, using our SmartPost Label is the most convenient way to send back your package. Visit our Returns page to start the process. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. When we process your return you will automatically receive an email.

How do I know if I am getting a credit or a gift card?

Refunds will be made within 90 days of purchase, through your original method of payment. After 90 days, a gift card will be mailed to you for your return.

How long will it take to get my credit?

Our Returns Department processes returns in the order they are received. Once your return is processed it can take 3–5 business days to appear on your account.

Our Returns Department processes returns in the order they are received. Once your return is processed you should receive your gift card within 4–8 business days.

I do not have any paperwork from my order. What do I do?

If you need another return form, simply print one off our website and enclose it with the product being returned.

What is a SmartPost Return Label?

A SmartPost Return Label is an easy to use return label that is powered by FedEx and can be printed from your computer and used to ship back return merchandise.

Why should I use a SmartPost Label?

A SmartPost Label offers all of the following benefits:

  • Easy tracking
  • Minimal flat fee

How much does a SmartPost Label cost?

There is no charge to print a SmartPost Label. If you use a SmartPost Label to return your product we will deduct $6.95 from your return credit. If the return is for an exchange, we will charge the card used on the original order for the SmartPost Label fee (unless a new card or check is specified).

How do I track my return?

To track a return sent back to us using the SmartPost Label generated on our website, simply click here or visit our Returns page. If you did not use the SmartPost Label on our website, you will be responsible for tracking the package and contacting the shipper if there are any issues related to the delivery of your return.

How do I return a gift?

We try to make gift returns easy. Simply print one of our return forms, fill it out (make sure to check the box stating it is a gift return) and enclose this with your return. If you are requesting an exchange that is a higher price than the product you are returning make sure to include a credit card or check for the balance due. You can then use the SmartPost Label from our website or send the product back on your own. If using a SmartPost Label, please include the $6.95 fee by check or credit card. Gift returns only qualify for an exchange or a refund in the form of a gift card.

How is my gift return handled?

We try to respect your privacy. All gift returns are handled confidentially. That is why it is very important to specify when a gift is being returned, so we know not to reach out to the original purchaser.

How will I know when my order ships?

We will email you an order confirmation when your order is placed. A shipment confirmation email including tracking will be sent the evening in which your order ships.

Do you ship to Canada?

We currently ship to Canada; delivery averages 4 to 7 business days to most destinations (some remote locations may require additional transit time). Shipping and handling charges based on order value will be quoted prior to submitting your order and will include all shipping fees and brokerage charges. Duties and taxes will be calculated prior to check out. No additional fees will be due to the carrier when your package is delivered. Legendary Whitetails ships to Canada via Purolator and orders are subject to the terms and conditions available here.

How do you calculate Canadian tax?

The charges outlined on your invoice cover all expenses related to your shipment. You will owe nothing upon package delivery. Your shipping fee covers brokerage (border crossing fee) and transportation charge. Taxes include your applicable GST, PST, and/or HST as well as duties imposed on Legendary Whitetails according to the manufacturing details of our garments. Once again, we are collecting all fees up front so that you will owe no additional charges to your carrier on package delivery.

Legendary Whitetails adds 18.9% to the tax rate to account for the duties imposed on us by the Canadian import authority. Due to the fact that our products are manufactured outside of NAFTA eligible countries, the duty rate tends run higher than many customers would expect. It is our intention to pass along a fair price for the taxes and duties owed.

How do I submit a product idea?

Here at Legendary Whitetails we take all product suggestions seriously. Often times, it’s these ideas we analyze for future inclusion in our product line. As a company we take pride in maintaining an open forum with our customers to hear their feedback on current products, as well as their ideas for new items they would like to see available for purchase. For that, we are very appreciative. That being said, it is quite possible that any idea submitted may already be known or available to Legendary Whitetails and for various reasons hasn’t been acted upon.
