How do I make changes to my order?

Changes can be made to your order if the order has not shipped. We always suggest you contact our Customer Service team to request any order changes if the order has already been placed, either by e-mailing us at customerservice@deergear.com or by phone at 800.875.9453.

Why is my source code important?

Source codes are linked to many of our promotions. To qualify for source code driven promotions, the source code must be applied to the order during checkout.
(Only one source code may be redeemed per order.)

If the promotion you were expecting did not apply to your order, please verify that your promotion code has not expired and your order meets the required qualifications.

How do you order a gift card?

Gift cards can be ordered over the phone or online by clicking here.

How do you redeem a gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed online during the checkout process, by phone, or through the mail. You must provide your gift card number from the back of the card at the time of purchase.

How are backorders handled?

Having the items you want in-stock is a high priority. When we backorder a product you are not charged for the product until it ships. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if a backorder item is shipped separately from the rest of your order.
