UPS Residential or Business Delivery
UPS Ground Service is our standard method of delivery. Please use the chart above to calculate the approximate transit time for your order. We are committed to shipping all orders of instock merchandise within two business days. Online orders ship for a flat fee of only $5.95! Orders over $99 Ship Free! Both offers apply to orders shipping to a single destination within the continental United States.

UPS Next Day or Second Day Air
UPS Next Day or Second Day Air service is available for weekday delivery. Additional charges will be calculated for you and provided as an option during the checkout process. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm CST will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1pm CST will ship the following business day.

Shipping to Canada
Canadian shipping and handling is provided for us by Canada Post. Charges will be calculated for you and provided during the checkout process. Package recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Next Day or Second Day Delivery is not available to Canada.

International Orders
International orders (other than Canada) must be placed by calling our Corporate Offices at (800) 243-4111 weekdays from 9am to 5pm CST. International shipping and handling is billed at our cost and the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Next Day or Second Day air delivery is not available to International destinations.

Returns/Exchange Policy
Love it or send it back. If you need to return or exchange any item for any reason, simply complete the short exchange/return form on the back of your invoice (or click here to download a copy). Please mail your completed form with your return to Legendary Whitetails, 1115 West Liebau Road, Suite 300, Mequon, WI 53092. Returns should be shipped prepaid and insured. CODs will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, however exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. Please allow 10 days for us to process your request.
