              The Ceramic Paring Knife is more for small, detailed task. We would recommend that you use more of a "hunting knife" that is more designed for peeling, cutting and cleaning of small game animals.

              Yes, this Ceramic Paring Knife can be used for skinning small game although you may want to consider a knife specifically designed for hunting/outdoors. This knife shown above is more of an inside kitchen knife ideal for peeling and other small intricate work.

              The Ceramic Paring Knife has a 5 year limited warranty. The manufacturer of the knife offers free re-sharpening. There is a $10.00 shipping/handling fee but the sharpening is free.
