I purchased two of these knives last year, one for me and one for my best friend. I use my knife on a regular basis and I have yet had to sharpen it. I was cautious at first because I have never owned a ceramic knife. After a week at scout camp with my son using it daily, I became a believer in ceramic knives. I highly recommend this knife to any serious outdoorsman.

good knife but the grip could use work
i had the knife for 4 days til a cross peice inside the grip chipped the blade. still works great but the chip is annoying

AMAZING CERAMIC KNIFE!!

I purchased 4 ceramic switchback knives for Christmas gifts. I recently purchased 2 more because all the guys loved them! I am a female and their feedback was that they could shave the hair on their arms!! Could cut boxes and open feed sacks in one smooth motion. Even cuts chicken bones! I have no negative comments thus far!
