this is a great beenie for late season hunts on those cold days with the wind blowing.Maby your not an hunter if u enjoy riding your atv in snow or whatever the need to keep ur head and ears warm this is the beenie for you. Not only will ur head be warm but it does a good job of keeping ur ears warm as well.

I thought the beenie looked cool. Kind of like the old leather football helmets. However, it doesn't have an elastic like fit like a true beenie. It is very warm though. Your head will be toasty. And windproof as well. Didn't wear mine in the rain, but I own other Artic Shield items and they are rain resistant. The main reason I returned mine was it was just too loud in my ears! Any jaw movement or head turning would create the loud noise of the fleece in my ears. When I hunt I've always got my ears on high alert. With this beenie on I couldn't hear anything but the sound of fleece scrubbing in my ears. I think it could and should be redeveloped to address these issues. If it did I'd probably give it another try.

I use this under and hat and mask. It fits perfectly over the ears without being tight, which keeps me from getting headaches. Very warm. Great value.
