I used these gloves on a -30 degree hunt on the coldest day of the year in Maryland. The gloves allowed me to stay warm and yet, when the moment came to take the shot, I simply flipped down the mit and... success! If these gloves were water proof (at least the liner) they would be truely the only gloves I would own for all season hunting. Add some Goretex please...I need them to goose hunt. Buy these gloves!

The inner glove privides good warmth in not so cold weather. When it's really cold just slide the outter gloves over and together they will provide all the warmth you need. Easy to pull back the mitten top. Quiet magnet secures them so your fingers are available to make that all important shot

I ride a four wheeler to and from my hunting area and my hands would get very cold. After wearing these gloves, the days of cold hands are gone. The wind generated while riding does not penetrate the material at all.
