I purchased a set of H8 last year. I use to hunt whitetail in west central Illinois. I have to truely say, Artic Shield is the only product I have found to withstand the cold temps and the wind.The best there is, PEROID!

This product exceeds my exceptions from the start. Find the extra quite fabric to be a bonus while I'm out archery hunting. It does just as it says, shields you from the arctic cold weather. Love the high leg openings, so there is no need for boot removal to put on or take off. Well thought out and designed.

Took them moose/caribou hunting in the Yukon last year. Great product. Warm, comfortable, good pockets, easy on/off. I stayed warm and dry - what more do you want? Also have their gloves which are excellent.

These are extremely warm for stand sitting. If you have a long walk you may need to carry them until you get near your stand, just like any warm clothing. Arctic Shield is made for sitting not hiking. I have the Arctic Shield system as well as my daughter for deer hunting in Wis. and we do not get cold!

I have used these a total of 3 days. I like them they are warm and comfortable. They are a little loud especially walking through and thick saplings or briar patches. I have some strong concerns and when I return home will be sending them back. First if you do any hiking in them you will sweat which is fine, but it wont let that sweat evaporate after you stop. It just holds the moisture. This in most clothing will make you cold, but thankfully with articshield you only get a little chilled from it (20 degree weather, in a stand for 2hours). My biggest and most upsetting issue in the insulation liner inside. It was only single stitched EVEN IN THE CROTCH!!!?!??! I squatted on the last day to tie my boot back up tighter on my way out of the woods and the liner stitching in the crotch all fell apart????????

I hunt in VT where it is lots of hiking, hard terrain, and dense woods.
