How may I return merchandise?
All of our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are
not happy send it back. Refunds are issued in the form of
original payment on returns made within 90 days of purchase. After 90
days, refunds are issued in the form of a merchandise credit on your account or
in the form of a gift certificate. Simply fill out the return form on
the invoice. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.
You can use the label provided on the invoice, if you do not have your invoice
you can simply complete our Return/Exchange form on the back of your invoice (or Download a Copy here). Please return the
completed form with your merchandise.

I have to pay return shipping?
Return shipping
is reimbursed if we have made a mistake on your order or if merchandise is
received in a damaged or defective condition. With any exchange we will pay the
shipping costs to send the item back to you. The refund will be issued to the
original pay type used on the order.

How do I return an item shipped directly
from the manufacturer?
To return or exchange any item(s) the manufacturer
requires the customer to pay a 10% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for paying
the return shipping fees to send items back to the mfg. as well as new shipping
