Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice (or click here to download one). On the form is also a mailing label for you to use to send your item(s) back to us. For your protection, we recommend using UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation as insurance to make sure your items are safely delivered back to us.

Once we receive your items, we will process your return or exchange promptly, usually within 48 hours. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment on returns made within 90 days of purchase. If you have a credit coming, you will see a credit on your account 2-3 days after we receive the return. After 90 days, refunds are issued in the form of a merchandise credit on your account or in the form of a gift certificate. While you are responsible for the shipping cost of sending items back to us (unless of course we made a mistake or an item is defective or damaged), exchanges are shipped for free!
